There is an inherent hypocrisy in this argument. If Cardi B and Kristine Hadeed are decrying the system that offers only sex work to young (mostly) women who have no other means, why is Cardi B now still making money off of this approach when she is no longer in dire straights? Glorifying sex for money helps no one and solves nothing. Making money off of glorifying it is doubly hypocritical.

I'm generally sex positive but I don't enjoy abjectly crass rap. I think it's a perfectly reasonable argument that what's good for the goose is good for the gander. IE if men rap about their dicks women can rap about their pussies. But come on... it's just offensive either way. WAP is not more offensive than male equivalents but it's too bad women lowered themselves to that level.
